Here’s the prize money payout for each golfer at the 2022 BMW PGA Championship

Come Sunday, however, it was always presumed the golf itself would be the overriding story, and some interesting wrinkles are set to play out. Can Soren Kjeldsen or Viktor Hovland, the overnight leaders at 12 under, close things out and emerge the winner? Or can Rory McIlroy, one shot back and fresh off his impressive victory at the Tour Championship to grab the FedEx Cup title, ride that momentum to his first win on the former European Tour since 2019 and first in a non-WGC event since 2016? Or will somebody from back in the field race off early and potentially steal the title?

Whoever emerges will enjoy a nice reward, with the first-place prize money payout outside of London at $1.36 million from an overall purse of $8 million. Here’s the prize money payout for each golfer who made the cut this week.
