Rickie Fowler’s ball rolls back into water after drop | Waste Management 2019

In the final round of the 2019 Waste Management Phoenix Open, Rickie Fowler chipped his third shot into the water on the par-4 11th hole. After his penalty drop, his ball rolled back into the water resulting in another penalty stroke. He would go on to sink a 16-footer for a triple-bogey 7.

The Waste Management Phoenix Open is the Greatest Show on Grass. The tournament is held at TPC Scottsdale, near Phoenix, AZ. Phil Mickelson, Jon Rahm and defending champion Gary Woodland join the event in Arizona. In 2018, Gary Woodland beat Chez Reavie with a par on the first hole of a playoff on Sunday.
